Getting quite a few DMs so here’s how you can get there: Fly to Cochin, Kerala. Take an auto rickshaw or taxi to Suryanelli. Either get a permit to hike 8kms through the tea estate or get a 4×4 ride from one of the service providers to get to the Kolukkumalai Campsite. I recommend camping there overnight. Wake up early and hike for ~1.8km (150-200ft elevation gain) from the campsite to Bose peak to catch the sunrise.
